Overview

Olli-Pekka Mattila advises our clients on industrial projects, commercial contracts, and technology transactions, with a particular focus on technology-driven and growth companies. Before joining Byro Legal Ltd., he worked as an investment professional at the Finnish Climate Fund, where he was involved in financing industrial and production projects in areas such as biomaterials, circular economy solutions, and sustainable resource use.

Earlier in his career, he worked on technology transactions and commercial contracting at Telia, Roschier, and Aalto University.
