Overview

Kaisa Heinäsmäki advises our clients on corporate transactions, specializing in private M&A and employment matters. Throughout her studies at the University of Helsinki, Kaisa not only excelled in her studies but also actively sought practical experience by participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition both as a team member and a coach.

Prior to joining Byro, Kaisa worked as an Associate Legal Counsel at EY. Kaisa also has prior work experience from other law firms.
