Iiris Paavola focuses on dispute resolution and advises clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes. She assists clients throughout the dispute resolution process, from initial case assessment and strategy development to settlement negotiations and formal proceedings.

Her dispute resolution experience spans commercial and corporate disputes across various industries and includes litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings (including proceedings under FAI and ICC Rules).

Prior to joining Byro, Iiris worked as an Associate at Merilampi Attorneys and subsequently as an Associate and Senior Associate at Lieke Attorneys.
